Preparation Experience

To make the most of your guided meditation , take a few minutes to work through this experience. You’ll need paper or your journal and something to draw / write with.

1. Think about what you want to manifest.

2. Next, you are going to make a drawing, a symbol of the future, the thing, the relationship, whatever it is you want to manifest. Start by bringing your attention to your heart space and connect with your inner child. Invite your spontaneous, free, creative little one to be a part of this drawing. Have fun with this. You cannot get it wrong.

If your inner critic pipes up and you start to doubt yourself, invite that critic to take a brake and then resume. What you draw does not have to look like anything. It can if you like; either way, it’s a symbol. And no one will see it.

3. When you’re finished with your drawing, draw two circles around it. This represents the energy field that you want to set free in this meditation – the non-material “you” that will align with the energetic potential of your future and what you want.


4. On the page below your drawing, or on the back, draw two columns.

5.In the heading of the first column across the top write: My Intention.

6. Then, from the perspective of you’ve already manifested what you desire…describe what it’s like. Begin each sentence with the words, “I am…” Invest each statement with rich, descriptive language. See below for a list of adjectives and adverbs.

examples:

I am joyously living in radiant health.
I am attracting extraordinary people into my life who love me unconditionally.
I am happily working where the fragrance and sounds of nature fill my senses.
I am instinctively using my to finely tuned, unique talents to help others evolve
Keep your statements positive, and don’t restrict them with any kind of time frame.

If any feelings come up about your being “undeserving,” or that there is something wrong in writing down these statements, place your hand on your heart and say,

“I deserve this. I am worth it, and I apologize to myself for believing otherwise.”

7. In the other column at the top, write: Elevated Feelings, and list the emotions you will feel when you have manifested what you want. See below for a list of feelings.

8. Important! Above the two columns write: “This or something better, for the highest good of all concerned.”

9. When you’re ready, do the Manifestation Meditation #3.
