This series is designed to assist you in healing by letting go of mental and emotional blocks and focusing your attention in a manner that "allows" your body to heal itself.

These meditations build on one another, so I strongly recommend you listen to them in order.

My approach is based on the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza, Dr. Bruce Lipton, Dr. Ron Hulnick, Dr. Mary Hulnick, and Louise Hay.
The 6th and final meditation can be listened to on a regular basis or as needed to keep you on track.
